My journey as a Supervisor

Throughout our careers we go through peaks and troughs, we do not remain static, and therefore at all levels of our development there are benefits in participating in supervision

In 2014 I trained with Cruse as a Supervisor (Level 3). This enabled me to 'cut my teeth' in the Supervision world and I supervised Cruse skilled listeners who volunteered for a local charity.

In 2015 I began training in the UK for an 'Advanced Diploma in Supervision' which was accredited by the National Counselling Society. This was a 'Level 7 ' course (Masters level) and I completed it in April 2016.

Whilst I am a humanistic 'integrative' counsellor I am happy to discuss a supervisee's needs based on their own chosen modality as flexibility and adaptability are key to my approach. I am familiar with the various frameworks of professional bodies and would work with you based on your adherence to this in regard to whichever organization you are attached to.

I offer face-to-face or Online supervision.

Please contact me to discuss my charges for this service.
I am happy to work with student counsellors at a concessionary rate.

(Comments from a supervisee) - "I am extremely privileged to be on the receiving end of your great skills and natural ability as a supervisor. I am learning a huge amount and feel supported and encouraged in my work" - Sue
